Due to our incredible growth, we’re looking for Customer Service Advisors, to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences, for one of the UK largest telecommunication brands.

We offer full time permanent work at home opportunities.

As a Customer Service Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

• answer incoming calls from existing customers

• assist with complaints and questions

• provide information about products and services

• explain product features and benefits

• advising and supporting customers on suitable products

• process customer payments

• providing the best possible customer experience

Your Skills

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

• 6 months customer service experience (in any environment – retail, office, hospitality)

• A quiet place to work at home

• Good broadband connection (10mbps or above)

• Flexible to work between 8am - 9pm (Mon - Fri)/8am - 8pm (Sat/Sun)
