Budget Energy is one of Ireland’s fastest growing energy companies, supplying Electricity to over 75,000 homes and businesses. Part of the Flogas Ireland group, Budget Energy operates from our offices in Derry. We are continuing to expand our CS Team to ensure we are providing the highest quality of care to customers. These will be part-time, permanent roles based on-site in Derry. The hours will be 10am-2pm 4 days per week.
The successful candidates will help us provide excellent levels of customer service to our commercial and residential customers across Northern Ireland. Main areas of responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to new and existing customers
- Dealing with a high level of incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner
- Responding to and sending emails
- Processing Customer Payments
- Updating Customers accounts/ Details
- Customer Service queries
- Responding to customer emails/live chats
- Adhoc duties as required
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience in any busy environment is essential.
Role specific (technical) knowledge / skills:
- Successful candidate must possess a professional phone manner and want their work to have a positive impact
- Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Proactive self- motivated work ethic.
