Then we have an amazing opportunity for you to join our team in Glasgow as a part-time Customer Service Advisor working set shifts on Monday and Tuesday between 9am and 5:30pm. With a starting salary of £8,702 plus additional benefits, there really could not be a better time to join us.
In this part-time role, you will provide outstanding service at every touch point with our clients’ customers. Working in a multi-channel contact centre requires a hunger and drive to respond to all customer enquiries in a professional way that builds long lasting relationships and consistently achieves our service levels by meeting or exceeding individual targets. Providing first contact resolution, you will solve customer queries efficiently and effectively with each interaction.
Training will be full-time onsite for the first three and a half weeks, Monday to Friday from 9am - 5:30pm.
