About the role:

The role entails delivering excellent customer service, taking payment and Direct Debit calls from our customers respectfully and in a timely manner. You’ll be required to deliver first class customer service each and every time, and ideally you have a background of providing that to a high quality whether that’s inbound, outbound or face to face

The role covers a working window of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am to 1pm (to include bank holidays). You will be required to work varied shift patterns over 37.5 hours a week .

Ideally, you’ll be available to attend an assessment centre on Wednesday 31st of May 2023 at 10am here at Green Lane in Walsall.

Salary: Up to £20,319.00 per year
