Customer Service Advisor - Walsall
You will be providing effective first line support to tenants regarding a range of Housing related queries.
As Customer Service Advisor, based in Walsall, you will be entitled to the following:
- £24,913 to £26,440
- Fixed-Term Contract for 5 Months
- 37.5 hours per week (8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm/10am - 6pm)

As Customer Service Advisor, based in Walsall, you will be responsible for the following:
- Act as the first point of contact for Housing tenants
- Aim to solve queries at first point of contact, avoiding escalation
- Answering a range of queries, varying from rent arrears, ASB, to Housing repairs
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls
- Providing first class customer service and putting the customer at the forefront
The successful Customer Service Advisor will:
- Immediately Available or available at short notice
- Live within a commutable distance to Walsall
- Have excellent customer service skills face-to-face or over the phone
- Fantastic communication skills both verbal and written
- IT Literate
