Customer Service Advisor/ Technical Support
Full Time/Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a client who are a leading business within the communications industry. They are an award winning company and leading provider within several business markets.
Role:
- You will be speaking to clients via phone, live chat and email
- You will act as the prime customer contact point for all query types
- Keeping clients up to date throughout
- Escalating issues in a timely manner
- Handle and resolve end to end customer enquiries aiming for a first time fix
- Clearly communicate timelines
- Liaise with internal teams
- Actively manage the back office/admin to make sure that customer service levels are met
