Job purpose:
Working as part of an on-site property team you will provide a first-class front of house customer service to the students, ensuring that their stay with Prime Student Living is one that they will remember and want to return to.
We are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor at our site in Coventry. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, working five days out of seven between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
Principle responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and welcoming front of house service that make our students feel like there in a home away from home
- Assist with the sales process of rooms to prospective new students, taking deposits and dealing with the general administration of bookings
- Assisting with the check in of students to the building, providing a smooth check in service to meet the needs to the customer
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a proactive and calm manner, escalating where necessary
- Coordinating the running of student social events and social media platforms on site to provide an enhanced customer experience
- Coordinating and overseeing student well-being and health and safety in line with property compliance standards
- Responsible for rent collection and passing to credit control when necessary
- Coordinating, processing and reporting on sales, rent, security deposits
- Recording all maintenance issues and supporting the Property Manager in allocating job lists
- Act as an ambassador for the city and provide students with advice and support on local services and amenities
- Assist the Property Manager and Prime marketing team in attending student housing fair and events, managing the property show flat and other such events that market the property
Person specification:
- Previous experience in delivering in person customer service
- Previous front of house/receptionist experience
- Experience in working with booking system (such as StarRez, TCAS), or customer relationship management systems (CRM’s)
- A good level of general administration experience
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for managing a building
- Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office – Excel and Word

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
