Do you have a keen understanding of social media platforms, and are you seeking a new job in Glasgow? We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor - Social Media to join our talented and inclusive team, and the role comes with a salary of £21,757 plus a potential £2,502 top up allowance bonus.

You will provide outstanding levels of customer service whilst working to regulatory response time scales in this Social Media Advisor role. There will be 13 weeks of training Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm, and shift patterns between 8am-8 pm Monday - Sunday (Rotational) once training is complete. Training will be completed on site but upon completion, we offer hybrid working with 4 days onsite per month (1 day per week and 4 days working from home). You will also be eligible for exclusive online retail discounts.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do as Social Media Advisor:

• Reviewing customer queries by using problem solving skills and consistent attention to detail
• Building relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues across all business areas
• Dealing with all enquiries promptly and ensuring all commitments made to customers or colleagues are delivered
• Identifying improvements in the customer journey and suggesting ideas to change processes that will enhance the customer journey or colleague experience

Working in a multi-channel environment requires an eye for detail and excellent investigation skills to respond to customers in a professional and consistent way across multiple Social media platforms such as Facebook & Twitter. We are also looking for candidates with the following:

• Excellent understanding of Social Media platforms
• Experience working within a Social Media environment
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Patience, empathy and sound problem solving skills
