We have a vacancy for a Customer Service Advisor within our Retail Support Team in Morley, Leeds.
The Customer Service Advisor is expected to take responsibility for handling customer orders and enquiries across a broad product range and to ensure that customers receive a fast and efficient response to sales inquiries, building customer loyalty and enhancing the company’s reputation for service.
The ideal candidate will be a flexible person who enjoys working as part of a small team. A good telephone manner and computer literacy are essential.
Previous relevant experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
Proficiency in SAP would be advantageous.
Your normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. However, you may occasionally be required to work the hours of 6am to 3pm and 9am to 6pm on a rota basis. You will be required to work reasonable overtime at the Company’s request. Please note, this may include Saturdays and bank holidays.
