Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Department: Retentions
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week, between the hours of 08:00 – 19:00
Location: You will work on a hybrid basis, a few days from home & a few days from our fantastic Leicester office
Salary: Starting £22,732 with the opportunity to earn up to £25,200.

What does the job entail?
- Taking a varity of inbound calls, they could in they could include changes to existing policies, giving quotes and retaining customers who are looking to cancel with us.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to increase our customer loyalty.
- Offering customers our great range of products and services.
- Your days will be filled with helping our amazing customers who turn to you for your expert knowledge
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
An insurance background is not necessary, we see many skills as transferrable, if you have a background in retail, hospitality, sales or just an interest and passion for customer service we'd love to speak to you.
- Pride and experience in delivering top quality customer service experience
- Self- motivated individuals that take pride in what they do who can demonstrate politeness and problem solving skills.
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
- Ability to overcome customer objections and drive a positive resolution.
- Computer skills: you'll take inbound calls whilst navigating our in-house software
