- 37 hours per week , 39 weeks per year (Term time only), Permanent
- Salary: £20,403 per annum (Actual Salary £17,185 per annum )
We are seeking an outgoing, flexible and customer focussed individual to join our Reception Team, to be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring that they receive a professional and efficient welcome, which will include registration and identification. It will also involve liaison with staff regarding appointments, interviews, and car parking. Alongside a range of general administrative duties, you will be responsible for handling initial email enquiries regarding courses, events, and directing enquiries relevantly.
The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills, with demonstrable experience of working in a customer focussed role. You should possess an organised, methodical approach to tasks, and display initiative and the ability to work without supervision at times.
