Technical Customer Service Advisor Plusnet
Salary: £22672.71
Contract Type: Full time - Permanent - 40 hours a week
Free Broadband, and 20% discount on Handsets and 30% discount on Sims for up to 5 Family and Friends when joining EE.
Shift Pattern: Fully Flex between the business opening hours of 08:00 - 20:15
Location: Homebased

Job Description:

The Role:
Take inbound calls from BT Plusnet customers dealing with a range of queries from promotions to technical troubleshooting.

  • Bring your passion for learning to our training course where you will learn about all our products, systems and the skills required to have great customer conversations!
  • Put the training into practice and delight our customers by ensuring you understand their needs and offer solutions/products that enhance the customer experience.
  • Be a valued member of the Capita Experience Customer Service Team where your skills will be nurtured, and development will be supported.
  • Work 40hrs per week. We have flexible shift patterns which require you to work between 08:00 and 20:15, some shifts have longer days and shorter weeks and some shifts work standard hours over 5 days - most shift patterns will include a weekend. Our team are happy to discuss with you!
