FULL TIME/ PART TIME

At ISP, we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with strong communication skills to work with our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. A successful applicant will be able to work as part of a growing, sociable team. We are looking for an experienced individual who demonstrates professionalism with customers and can tackle fast-paced problem solving.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor, there are daily and weekly targets you will strive to meet. Whilst constant mentorship and training is provided, you will have responsibility to:

  • Help run events and manage projects on our different campaigns.
  • Represent our clients in a professional and respectable manner.
  • Generate new leads for our clients.
  • Learning product knowledge, sales skills & marketing strategies.
  • Work alongside and drive team performance.

Successful Customer Service Advisor candidates will have the following attributes:

Experience in office, retail, sales or customer support will be useful.
