Customer Service Advisor - Part Time (CBP219)
Band D (SCP 5 – 7) £21,575 - £22,369 per annum, pro rata
20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 13.00 - 17.00, Friday 12.30 - 16.30

We deal with a range of enquiries on topics as diverse as; Refuse and Recycling, Licensing, Parking, Housing and Planning and we’re looking for people to support us in delivering a quality and professional service.
You will be part of a team answering customer enquiries across a number of channels, including telephone, face to face, email & social media
You will have the ability to work in a fast paced customer service environment and be a positive self- motivated person with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will need excellent customer service and communication skills to deal with a diverse range of customers and will have the ability to cope in a fast paced environment.
