Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Parking Operations team for a Customer Services Advisor.

As a frontline member of the team, you will help members of the public with enquiries about their parking and parking payments. You will provide high levels of customer service to motorists using Cornwall Council car parks (primarily Pay On Exit car parks but to extend to Pay & Display car parks also), while ensuring that parking income is maintained.

You will also be responsible for reporting faults with car park equipment and liaising with technicians and suppliers to have these repaired.

The car parks operate every day, and some weekend and bank holiday working will be required.

You will need a good standard of GCSEs and extensive customer services experience. Some knowledge of Parking Operations is desirable however full training will be given.
