Customer Service Out Of Hours
MBA are currently recruiting for a home-based Customer Service Advisor to join the Out of Hours team based in an exciting global organization in central Glasgow. As a leading player in the insurance industry, our client puts their people at the heart of everything they do. The Customer Service Advisor will take new claims instructions and home emergency calls whilst speaking with contractors and completing general administration and client reporting. This role involves working late evenings and one full day during the weekend, so please only apply if this suits your flexibility.

You will be required to complete the following tasks;
- Providing exceptional service to policy holders contacting the Out of Hours services.
- Raising invoices and contacting third parties where necessary
- Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
- Working on large case-loads to ensure we are in line with SLA’s
What we’re looking for from a Customer Service Advisor;
- Experience in customer service within a call center/office environment
- Previous experience working within the insurance industry would be advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload
- Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word.
Job Details;
- Full-time role 35hrs, shifted between Mondays – Sunday.
- Week-day shifts between 5pm – 11pm, weekend shifts 9am – 9pm (you’ll only work one day over the weekend)
