Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Out of Hours)
Location: Goldsmiths Student Village, Surrey House, 80 Lewisham Way, London, SE14 6PB
Salary: £24,570
Hours of Work: 42 Hours (Working 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts between 8pm and 8am)

What you will be doing:
· Providing a friendly and engaging reception service to our residents
· Driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
· Conduct regular student surveys to drive and grow engagement
· Ensure that Health and Safety is at the forefront to maintain resident safety
· Most importantly you will be a team player and support your village team
