Are you a confident and hardworking Customer Service professional looking to make the next move in your career? Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a reputable Retailor looking to expand their ever-growing team.

Our client is looking for someone to manage customer relationships across all channels, take full accountability for allocated customers and take a flexible approach to working processes.

In return for your hard work, you will receive on site staff car parking, training, and developing opportunities and profit related pay alongside many other benefits.

This role requires working 1 in 3 Sundays, but if you work a Sunday, you will get the following Friday off.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and processing customer queries in an efficient manner
  • Manage customer accounts and offer promotions to drive company profits
  • Input orders onto company systems accurately
  • Work to set KPIs
  • Follow new account processes to ensure customers receive the best service quality

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • The ability to work both as part of a team and own your own initiative
  • Proficient in MS Applications

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Monday – Friday (08:30-16:30) with 1 in 3 Sundays (09:30-13:30)

Salary: c£21,000 per annum D.O.E
