We’re looking for a Bike Specialist to work in our Live Chat Specialist department in Our Customer Services team based in Swansea on a 3 month temporary basis.
The Job... Our Live Chat is at the forefront for Tredz.co.uk and is an increasingly important method of contact for our customers. You’ll be part of a driven specialised team, helping our customers with existing orders as well as advising and sourcing the right bike, parts and accessories. We pride ourselves on Live Chat Specialist team and the effortless customer service we provide.
Live Chat is growing fast and becoming the easiest way for customers to contact us. We make a big deal about being very easy to contact and our Live Chat advisors are a very important part of that contact.
You’ll be helping us by professionally providing information to customers and dealing with a variety of queries.
You will be working from home on a laptop with remote access, our main dedicated office is located above our Swansea store. You will be required to work 20 hours across the 7 days we are open with weekend working.
A stable internet connection and a quiet place within your home is essential.
In the office air conditioning, good coffee and a very tightly knit team come as standard.
The Skills / Experience...
Bikes are in our DNA, for this role we are interested in your cycling history and a good basic understanding of bikes, with a keen wiliness to learn more, to complement your customer service experience and your attention to detail.
As well as any previous experience working in a Live Chat department. This is a very fast paced and ever-changing role suited to quick thinkers and fast learner.
