Join the team as a Customer Service Advisor! Working for a rapidly growing ‘start-up’ insurance tech company you'll have conversations with customers around quotations, new business, renewals and existing policies.
Salary - £24,000 Per Annum
Location – Rainham / RM13 / Hybrid (Friday from home once training is completed)
Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 9-5 / Mon-Fri

The Role
You’ll engage with customers around the variety of insurance products offered, promoting the benefits whilst ensuring customer retention is sustained. Once a product is agreed you’ll send out policy statements and log all information on the system.
Through high quality training you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the insurance products and services, staying up to date with policy terms and conditions, coverage details, and any regulatory changes.
Overall, this role is about maximising the benefits of relationship building so it will suit applicants who are people oriented and enjoy making new connections.
What we’re looking for

Previous experience in customer service, either in a customer facing role or call centre experience is required.
You will be required to work 50% of bank holidays but will receive double pay on those days.
