We have an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of a major UK-based travel agent who specialise in short and medium haul flights and accommodation packages with us here at CC33..
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and assisting a variety of customer queries, both pre and post-holiday.
We are looking to expand our Customer Service team with candidates who can offer our customers a memorable journey for all the right reasons.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling enquires from customers, both pre- and post-holiday. Taking ownership of effectively dealing with the customer queries and trying to resolve any issues in a confident manner to the customers satisfaction.
- Identifying the customers’ needs through effective questioning and selecting appropriate products to match the customer requirements or resolve their queries.
- Processing customer requested amendments to their upcoming holiday.
- Consistently demonstrating a strong focus and drive to achieve targets.
- Working as part of a team as well as working independently to handle and manage workloads.
- Increase customer loyalty, delivering customer satisfaction, delivering consistent and professional communications.
- Demonstrating up to date product and brand knowledge while having an in-depth knowledge relating to our portfolio of destinations and supplier products
Salary:
This role has a basic salary of £21,673.60 per annum.
We have now introduced our ‘Loyalty Pay Scale’ scheme, which will see your annual salary increase every year of your tenure up to £23,000 basic salary per annum.
Shifts:
You will be contracted at 40 hours per week, at 8am till 5pm, Monday to Friday. (Saturday work may be required)
Start Date: Tuesday 9th May
Location:
You will be based at our offices located on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield (S11). Our offices are a short walk from the city-centre with excellent transport links from surrounding areas.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve challenging KPI’s

- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers
- Previous experience within a customer service role is essential
- Transferable skills from previous employment (retail, hospitality, contact centre)
- You must be able to deliver a top quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- The ability to handle difficult situations relating to a customers experience and remain resilient throughout the day.
