As a Customer Service Advisor (or Central Carepals Patient Advisor as we’ll call you) you’ll be instrumental in guiding patients through their treatment journey at Care Fertility.
You’ll provide support and guidance to our patients at every stage of their journey, arranging appointments, signposting to other Care services, raising quotations and invoices, taking payments, and sending patient treatment information. You will be able to help answer frequently asked questions and know which department to direct them too if you are unable answer. You will be supporting our patients to get their treatment started as quickly as possible to prevent any unnecessary delays.
Answering calls for the Care group and providing 121 Carepals Support Sessions for new patients, there is a strong customer service focus and you‘ll be able to provide a gold standard service.

About you
You will have strong previous customer service and/or sales through service experience (preferably in a telephony/contact Centre environment but not essential). Previous experience of working in a medical environment would be a good advantage, as you will have a better understanding of the role. You have a calm demeanor, and you’re empathetic and caring when speaking with our patients about their treatment and treatment outcomes. You perform well under pressure and have a proactive approach to your day.
You’re able to work well alone but are an active member of the team who supports and engages with others and is able to build a good rapport with the multi-disciplinary team across all of our clinics.
You have a strong understanding of delivering excellence for people, impeccable verbal and written communication skills as you will be dealing with people from all backgrounds and disciplines, making and taking calls, delivering a high-quality patient experience – you will be acting as a Care Fertility ambassador in all of your interactions.
You have a positive, can-do attitude and you’re keen to learn about fertility to enable you to support our patients throughout their journey with us.
Location/Benefits
There’s a comprehensive training scheme in place lasting around 6 weeks which will be based at our Leeds Clinic (Seacroft Hospital, York Rd, Leeds LS14 6UH).
After you’re competent in the role, it will move to a hybrid role where you’ll work from home 2 days a week, with 3 day a week working from the Leeds clinic.
Working 8hrs a day on a rota between 08:00-18:00, Mon-Sat (working approx. 1 Saturday in 6).
