What is the opportunity?
Working as part of a dynamic team you will have the opportunity to work closely with our vehicle suppliers and other business partners to enhance your communication and Customer Care Skills.

In this role you will -
- Follow all company policies and procedures ensure audit accountability for all activities.
- Provide detailed and accurate quotes for products, including client feedback to support sales.
- Receive and check all orders and validate against existing risk limits set by the business.
- Liaise with suppliers and other 3rd-party fitters to specify and order vehicles to customer requirements.
- Monitor order progress and ensure delays or other concerns are shared, explained and resolved within acceptable timescales.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Methodical and logical problem solving skills
- An ability to work to timescales and plan and prioritise effectively
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) capability beyond beginner level.
Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out but is not vital in order to apply for this role;
Office based customer service experience
