International Language Advisor (Hebrew Speaking) - Contact Centre hub - Manchester Arndale
Shift available: Monday to Thursday 11am to 7pm & Sunday 7am to 3pm OR 8am to 4pm (36 hours per week)
Rate of pay: £15.04 per hour plus an additional £1 an hour for weekend working
Location: Hybrid: you will work from home and work 2 days a month at our Manchester Arndale contact centre hub
Training will be 4 weeks based at our Manchester Arndale site.

You’ll be a part of our International Customer Service Team providing exceptional services to our customers all over the world whenever they need us.
Provide an efficient order and enquiry service for international customers, via inbound calls, outbound calls and emails; with the aim of understanding our international customers.
About the Role:
- Have the ability to truly listen to the needs of our customers and communicate the best course of action to move forward.
- Treat every customer like your first customer.
- Navigate through various computer systems to look into customer queries, speaking to other teams if required.
- Handle all work types received, taking appropriate actions using the systems available.
- Use department information, and all resources available in order to provide accurate and up to date information to customers, retails stores and other 3rd parties.
About You:
- Be fluent in both English and Hebrew.
- Previous customer service/call centre experience.
- You’ll be a natural problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box.
- Be able to communicate in a confident, clear and friendly manner.
- Have good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Able to work from our Manchester Arndale site at least 2 days per month.
