Customer Service Advisor
Warrington (WA4)
Monday to Friday - No Weekends
£22,672 + Bonus
We are recruiting for a global organisation at their office based in Warrington. Our client work in partnership with a number of household names supporting them to provide their customers with a first-class service.
We are looking at customer focused individuals looking for the next step in their career.
Role:
- Answering calls from new and existing customers
- Dealing with a high volume of complaints and aiming for a first time resolution
- Answering questions and queries
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Work as part of a team to maintain and support performance
- Provide a first-class service to customers
- Work towards targets and KPI's
- Up-Selling suitable products or services to customers
