Customer Service Advisor
Warrington (WA4)
Monday to Friday - No Weekends
£22,672 + Bonus

We are recruiting for a global organisation at their office based in Warrington. Our client work in partnership with a number of household names supporting them to provide their customers with a first-class service.

We are looking at customer focused individuals looking for the next step in their career.

Role:

• Answering calls from new and existing customers
• Dealing with a high volume of complaints and aiming for a first time resolution
• Answering questions and queries
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Work as part of a team to maintain and support performance
• Provide a first-class service to customers
• Work towards targets and KPI's
• Up-Selling suitable products or services to customers
