Are you passionate about helping customers? If so then we want you on our team, you will be handling calls and email (inbound and outbound) and monitoring any queries in a proactive manner. We are therefore looking for candidates who are adaptable, approachable, and multi-skilled.
Applicants must be self-motivated and driven to deliver excellent customer service, with a positive, can-do attitude. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, willing to take ownership of customer issues. We are looking for someone who is motivated, flexible and hard-working, able to work effectively alone or in a team. Prior experience in a customer service role is essential.

· Hours of Work: 40 hours a week between 8.00 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday potential for overtime on saturday 9am - 1pm paid at time and a half.
