Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Bathgate team.

No experience within the fuel industry required, as full training will be provided.
What is involved in this role?
Answering inbound calls with enthusiasm and a desire to help our customers at the first point of contact.
Process fuel orders accurately to ensure the customer’s instructions are followed and deliveries are made in a timely manner.
Undertaking outbound calls to customers ensuring they are receiving the best value from our service.
Problem solving - Taking ownership of each and every query and ensuring these are resolved, making a real difference for our customers.
Manage data cleansing and system management to maintain the efficiency of the system
Ability to react fast when the day gets busy and handle a wide variety of different customers.

Experience
Applicants are required to demonstrate skills using Microsoft office applications and be proficient in email and telephone communication.
Experience of data entry and database management is desirable but not essential.
It is essential to maintain confidentiality awareness and professionalism when dealing with all customers.
Company specific computer system training will be given.
Experience in the fuel industry is not essential, but the applicant must show willingness to learn and develop for the role.
