We are currently recruiting experienced home based Customer Service Advisors to start on ASAP on a FTC until 31/10/2023
What will I do in the role?
Within this role you will be handling calls and emails and responding to our customers to answer any questions that they may have.
What do I need?
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
- Ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Works well within a team
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
- Right to work in the UK
- A headset
What will I be paid?
Pay rate: £10.90 per hour
Working Hours
- Full time - 40 hours per week
- Shifts between 8am and 10pm
- Every other weekend between 11am and 4pm
- Rota on a 2 week basis, 1 week early shifts and 1 week late

Minimum Speed Requirements:
- Ping ms Maximum 20ms
- DOWNLOAD Mbps Minimum 20 MBps
- UPLOAD Mbps Minimum 5Mbps
