We have exciting opportunities available for additional Customer Service Advisors (Evening and Weekends) to join our dedicated and bubbly customer services team on a permanent part-time basis (16-29.5 hours per week), based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.We are currently offering a starting salary of £10.82 per hour with various company perks including PerkBox – discounted retailor platform service, 31 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) preferential PCP Car/Van Leasing Scheme, Service Recognition Scheme, Discounted Purchase Scheme and more! This role will see you working between 16 – 29.5 hours per week, covering primarily evenings and alternative weekends.
The shift pattern is as follows:
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 16:00 to 20:00 and Saturday/Sunday 09:00 to 17:00 (29.5 hours weekly)
Week 2: Monday to Thursday 16:00 to 20:00 (16 hours weekly)

From day one, our Customer Service Advisors have the opportunity to learn and get actively involved in all areas of Customer Services, providing an informative advice and supportive customer service experience.
Our Customer Service Advisors are one of a kind individuals and they truly enjoy supporting our customers.They understand the positive impact fitted furniture can have on our customers lives and strive to provide positive solutions, genuine care and professional customer service advice.
A typical day in the life of our Evening and Weekend Customer Service Advisor will include:
- Following the handover from day staff to support with contacting unreachable customers during the day
- Supporting the Customer Service inboxes, contacting customers and advising next steps
- Offering a reassuring voice to our customers across a variety of communication channels, seeking to go above and beyond to support our customers (internal and external).
- Taking ownership and responsibility of customer queries through to resolution, ensuring customers are informed throughout and written conversation notes are recorded.
- Contacting customers upon completion of their installations.
- Ensuring interactions with customers are well considered, timely and thorough to the highest quality.
- Liaising with our Sales Designers, Surveyors and Installers to proactively resolve any queries throughout all stages of the installation process.

We can support you the rest with our customer services development and training programmes and you will recieve on-going support and guidance from your Customer Service Manager. That's not to mention our dedicated induction programme that will support you in building the skills you need to become an excellent Customer Support professional!
