Who we are looking for
A Customer Service Advisor, who will become part of an exciting, fast-paced, customer orientated team with plenty of opportunities for progression.
Our UK Customer Service department is looking for customer-focused individuals to join us.
Experience is not always necessary; as from your very first day, you are learning and developing vital skills in our dedicated training centre. Your support continues with our specialised induction team, who welcome you with a comprehensive hand-on training program.
We know that career progression is important, therefore, we invest in you and your career where our Advisors have the opportunity to be our future Instructors, Team Leaders and Supervisors.
With a worldwide customer base, the position requires a certain level of flexibility working any five days from seven typically working between 07:00-20:30.
The starting salary for this position is competitive increasing to £24,960 per annum upon successful completion of training.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
