Robert Heath Heating One of the UK’s Leading Social Housing Gas Contractors has an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Customer Service Team (Home based) . As a customer service advisor, your role will be dealing with incoming calls for repairs & servicing of heating systems for customers in the social & supported housing sector.
The Role Since 1979 we have been leaders in delivering excellent Customer Service to our clients and their residents, putting them at the heart of everything we do. As one of our Customer Service advisors you will be keen to resolve faults over the phone or arrange appointments for one of engineers to call, whilst giving excellent customer service.
The Person We are looking for a good communicator with a pleasant telephone manner, able to be empathetic to our customer needs whilst still delivering a contracted service level. Applicants will be competent in the use of current IT software & systems. Previous Contact Centre experience highly desirable.
Applicants will need: A private home broadband connection, preferably hi-speed Fibre, we cannot accept applicants using a shared connection or public network.
Applicants must be based in the UK
Your normal hours of work will be working Monday to Friday. Shifts operate between 8am and 6pm. and 1 Saturday in 4 (37.5 Hours a week)with a half an hour lunch unpaid. You may be required to work additional hours as necessary to fulfil your duties.
