This a busy and varied role where customer interaction is at the heart of what we do, and our Customer Service Advisors & Coach Marshall's are proactive in delivering exceptional customer service and detailed travel information to all passengers, drivers and Heathrow colleagues.
Working across one of our three locations, Central Bus Station, the Terminal Forecourts, or West Ramp Coach Park you will develop a good understanding of all bus and coach services and the products they provide.

Shift Times:
Early Shift 05:45-14:15
Late Shift 13:45-22.15
Night Shift 21:45-06:15
Requirements
- Fluent English Speaking, educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Experience of delivering excellent Customer Service
- Experience of working as part of a team
- A confident communicator
- Good levels of health, stamina and fitness as the role involves standing for long periods of time
