What you will do

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor’s to talk to our lovely customer’s and take their order over the telephone. By joining our existing Contact Centre teams on a casual (satellite) contract, we can offer a flexible approach to working to suit everyone’s busy lifestyles – with only one day a week based in office and the rest of your time working from home. Plus, all the calls are inbound so everyone you speak to wants to engage with us. Alongside taking customer orders, you’ll promote special offers and once you're settled, there may also be the opportunity to develop your skills further and deal with customer service queries.

Who are we looking for?

If you have spare time during the week, particularly evenings and weekends and you can build rapport and connect with people – this may be the role for you!

Our team come from various employment backgrounds – not all our colleagues started off in customer facing roles - but they all have one thing in common; great communication, listening skills and the ability to show our customers we care. You need to be naturally warm and friendly, motivated and keen to deliver a great customer experience.

Our Contact Centre is open from 8am to 8pm every day of the week so any available hours will be between these time. However, as this is a casual (satellite) contract, you have flexibility!
