Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Call Handler to support our busy call centre.
Role Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, ensuring excellent customer service throughout
- Directing calls to the relevent departments or passing on messages
- Logging custmer call outs into the company's service system
- Building rapport with customers by being professional, helpful and flagging any customer concerns with the team
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Carry out other adhoc administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience within a customer sevice or call centre environment essential
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever changing enviornment
- An eye for detail, taking pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality
- Good understanding of Outlook and IT/database systems
