Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Call Handler to support our busy call centre.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls, ensuring excellent customer service throughout
  • Directing calls to the relevent departments or passing on messages
  • Logging custmer call outs into the company's service system
  • Building rapport with customers by being professional, helpful and flagging any customer concerns with the team
  • Updating and maintaining customer records
  • Carry out other adhoc administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience within a customer sevice or call centre environment essential
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever changing enviornment
  • An eye for detail, taking pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality
  • Good understanding of Outlook and IT/database systems
