If you do we'll give you a competitive salary of c£24,579 with a bonus opportunity of up to 5% (c£1,229).
We'll also provide a Flex cash pot of £983 which you can take as cash or spend on a wide range of options such as:
- Buying extra or selling holidays to suit from your 22 days leave (pro rata, including bank holidays) - ideal for half terms or that mini break.

About the role...
- Delivering outstanding customer service is central to our success so if you enjoy building relationships with customers then there's a role for you here.
- Use your compassion to understand our business customers financial situation that can be challenging and complex.
- Show your passion for helping others whilst maintaining your personal resilience.
- Demonstrate your specialist negotiation skills to provide options and solutions whilst ensuring fair outcomes at all times, especially for our vulnerable customers.
- Through your understanding and expert rapport building skills you’ll have significant conversations with our customers to deliver excellence and build trust
- Adopt a learning mentality along with the coaching and development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and capability.
- Share ideas to improve the customer service experience.
- Make a difference to our customers. It's a role that suits people who can identify what a customer really needs and match products/services whilst following regulatory processes/procedures.

From Day 1 we’ll provide any necessary training and support needed. And when you're ready (typically 3-6 months) you'll benefit from a role hybrid split between home (c60%) and the office (c40%).
Our 35 hours run Mon -Fri 8am-6pm on a flexible rotating pattern.
