Exciting Growth Opportunity – We are hiring Customer Service Advisors in partnership with our client Nationwide Building Society.
We are seeking Full Time Customer Service Advisors who are passionate about doing the right thing for Nationwide’s members.
What do we offer?
- £11.25 per hour ( £21,937.50 per annum based on 37.5 hours/week)
- Full training to support you before you go live – 4 weeks of dedicated training with Nationwide’s Training team to make sure you are fully supported and prepared
- Great shift patterns – During the first 4 weeks of training you will work Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm. After completion of training shifts fall between 8 am – 8 pm Monday to Sunday - some flexibility to work until 10 pm if required
- Located in Nationwide’s office at Caledonia House, Dunfermline
- Flexible hybrid work models after training

What does the role involve?
- Handling a range of both outbound and inbound calls, you’ll play a central role when it comes to supporting Nationwide’s members with their general banking queries
What experience do you need?
We are looking for candidates that have previous experience in dealing with Customer Services in particular within financial services/ call center environments or supporting customers in vulnerable situations. You will have a passion to help support members' needs and can confidently build rapport on the phone. You will also have great attention to detail and accuracy when updating information on systems. You should thrive in working in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy and experience working on multiple systems simultaneously would be a great asset.
