
Customer Service Advisor BCS (Nationwide) - Dunfermline (VC) Dunfermline, Scotland
Job description
- £11.25 per hour ( £21,937.50 per annum based on 37.5 hours/week)
- Full training to support you before you go live – 4 weeks of dedicated training with Nationwide’s Training team to make sure you are fully supported and prepared
- Great shift patterns – During the first 4 weeks of training you will work Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm. After completion of training shifts fall between 8 am – 8 pm Monday to Sunday - some flexibility to work until 10 pm if required
- Located in Nationwide’s office at Caledonia House, Dunfermline

- Onsite Operational support (Trainers, Leaders, Call Coaches, etc.)
