We would love someone on board that has experience in a fast paced customer service environment with ideas and passion to help us develop.
This could be for you if you can demonstrate:
- At least two years experience working in a front line fast paced customer support role would be preferable
- Experience of systems and processes from previous employers in a b2b environment
- Customer service training and skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent rapport building skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy for sales order processing
- The ability to work as part of a team that strives to continually improve its service
- Strong problem solving skills and the initiative to take ownership of an issue
- Tenacity and the ability to see things through
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively
- You should be proficient in microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Excellent written and verbal language is required.

What will I be doing in the role?
Typical day to day duties will include:
- Receiving and processing sales orders received over the phone and electronically
- Working closely with other internal departments including sales and distribution to ensure the customer is keep fully up to date regarding their order, with the objective of ensuring they receive the best service possible
- Liasing with customers and dealing with customer enquiries, pricing queries and amending orders
- Supporting the operations manager with enhancing systems and process and formulating new ways of doing things to enhance the customer experience
