About the role:
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Reading (Hybrid: 4 days in office and 1 day from home)
Job type: Permanent
Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic Customer Service team. We are looking for a bright and confident individual who wants to grow and develop within the business. The role is to support the Customer Service team with a wide variety of tasks, not limited to but including:
Answering telephone calls and resolving/redirecting where appropriate
- Monitoring our shared email inbox and resolving/redirecting where appropriate
- Website Live Chat monitoring
- Supporting the office with administrative duties such as mailing, data entry, maintenance, and purchase of office supplies and tidiness.
Required Qualifications and skills:
- Experience in customer handling/complaints desirable
- Experience in administration/office role desirable
- Able to provide effective support and advice by email/telephone to customers
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent written/Verbal English
- Keen to learn and progress with in the role
