Joining us as a Customer Service Advisor means earn a starting basic salary of £21,500 per annum plus the opportunity to earn a generous monthly bonus. As you gain experience, your salary will grow, and you’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers.
Being so central in Croydon our office has great transport links and is close to many shops and cafes, we even have our own onsite café where you can grab yourself a breakfast roll or a coffee on your way up to the office. Work life balance is super important, so this role is just 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday from 9am – 5.30pm. We also work 1 in every 4 weeks on a rota on a Saturday morning from 9-1pm for which you will be paid overtime or given a half day in return.
In this day and age, it’s not all about the money, our wellbeing is important too and that’s why we have qualified Mental Health Ambassadors onsite for anyone who needs a chat. We also have weekly incentives to win a nice box of chocs, or a voucher and we also encourage everyone to support in our community with fundraising days once a quarter, most recently raising £900 for the local food bank!

· You’ll of course provide great customer service to new and existing customers over the phone both inbound and outbound, and by e-mail.
· Carry out insurance administrative tasks and keep our customers details safe and up to date on our database and systems
· Be part of a fun and professional office environment and build positive relationships with customers, Insurers and your colleagues.
· Deal with new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments within the authority of the role.
· Work in a regulated financial environment, we’ll ensure you are fully trained to play an important role in helping the company ensure regulations are followed to protect our customers
