Location: Cardiff - Dynamic Working
Salary: £20,301 (increasing to £21,316 as of 1st April 2023)
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

At the AA Driving School & BSM, you’ll put the customer at the focus of everything you do. We’re on the road to providing world-class customer experiences and are looking for the best customer-focussed people to join us on this journey. You’ll be part of a great team, with flexible working options all within the hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm… so your weekends are your own!
You will deal with inbound phone calls, emails, live chat and postal queries from both instructors and learners, dealing with a variety of situations such as bookings, payments, incident management and general customer service queries.
What do I need?
As a customer service advisor you will always be looking for a way to make a real difference to our customers by going the extra mile and leaving them with a top-notch impression of the AA. In order to help you achieve this we are looking for people who;
- Have a real desire to provide outstanding levels of customer service
- Are empathetic and friendly, with a professional approach
- Remain calm under pressure, always focusing on the customer in front of them
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Takes pride in the service they offer and the help they are able to provide
- Are self motivated and proficient in both making their own decisions and contributing with in a team dynamic
