The Group consists of three divisions VetPlus – a global leader in companion animal nutraceuticals, Agri Lloyd, an agriculture focused unit and Mill Farm Sports Village a multi-purpose leisure complex incorporating a fully owned football club with associated facilities.

About the role
Working in a small and dedicated team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of customer service and support to our customers and field sales team - Internationally.
Main Duties (but not limited to):
Process orders and respond to order queries.- Daily support to the field sales team.
- Reception cover during busy periods.
- Update customer records.
- Respond to email and telephone queries.
- General administration support.
PLEASE NOTE: This role is Monday - Friday, with a shift pattern of either 7am - 4pm or 10am - 7pm.
About You
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Good IT skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good interpersonal experience
This role will be based in our growing HQ-Hub as we THRIVE here at Tangerine on In-person collaboration. We're introducing new features in our HQ-Hub like an In House Chef , to cook up the tastiest food options for all (Our favourite day is Fish & Chips Friday ) Break out spaces, Candidate Experience Lounges and Much More to come! Naturally you'll feel super comfortable here in-between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
