Customer Service Advisor
Location: Plymouth, Devon
Starting salary between £20,000 – £22,500 dependent on experience
Hours: Full Time (no weekends!)

Our client is seeking passionate Customer Service Advisors to be part of their Mortgage Services team in the heart of Plymouth. You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries and general administration of their mortgage account.

Main Responsibilities:
- Providing a superb level of customer service
- Operating effectively within a wider customer experience team
- Discussing features of customers’ mortgages or insurance all within the documented processes
- Handling standard queries and specialist enquiries where appropriate
- Identifying vulnerable customers, showing empathy and considering referral to the vulnerable team.
In order to be successful, all you need to have is:
- A passion for helping people
- Transferrable experience of customer service
- Experience of developing strong customer relationships
- Confident in using multiple computer systems
