Customer Service Advisor

X2 Part time – 27.5 hours - Permanent

We are looking for experienced Customer Services professionals with a high level of empathy, resilience and focus who can connect and engage with customers to create a positive impression of the organisation.

£21585 (Grade 4, SCP16) rising to £23374 (Grade 4, SCP19), (Pro-rata) after key competencies of the role are met.

Within your role as our Customer Services Advisor, you will:

  • Effectively manage all enquiries from customers through various mediums, ensuring a professional and effective service is provided whilst managing expectations.
  • Manage all customer payments, ensuring that all financial payments made are accurately processed, reconciled and secure.
  • Provide an effective administrative support service to the wider organisation.

To be considered for our Customer Services Advisor you will need to be able to demonstrate you have:

  • 2 years Customer Service experience
  • Experience of working in a contact/call centre
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • A proven high level of ICT literacy.
  • Patience and a genuine willingness to help.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Evidence of dealing with challenging situations and high levels of personal resilience.
  • Evidence of being able to problem solve and think outside the box.
  • Educated to Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Experience of live chat support desirable.
