The position – Customer Service Advisor
To be the main point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles. Manage the flow of information between the workshop and the customer, whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times

The role will report to the Service Manager and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer whilst meeting both franchise and company standards in a service environment. We are looking for candidates who would be willing to train within the Franchise and have the desire and ambition to progress onto other roles including service managers and area managers
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage all customer interactions on behalf of the dealership
- Identify service needs and requirements of the customer
- Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work required and agree time frames
- Manage the handover and administration of customer vehicles
- Explain the work carried out on vehicle, ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
- Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction
- Follow up in line with dealership procedures
- Understand and follow brand service requirements
- Maintain product knowledge on the full product range
- Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times
- Accurately complete job cards and reports, including any descriptions of faults reported by the customer

Experience:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service delivery role
- Willing to attend manufacture training courses
- Competent in ICT, Maths & English
- Must have a minimum of 1 year service advisor experience
- Preferred experience with RTC & Kerridge /ADP Systems
