As a Remote Customer Service Advisor, you will engage with customers by responding to and resolving queries across a range of contact channels. You will be responsible for driving first contact resolution and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be expected to meet targets for service delivery to achieve bonuses.
Hours: Various shifts between 8am and 8pm, please not there are weekends within the rota and are currently either 1 in 2 or 1 in 4 dependant on the assigned role.
You will be responsible for providing after sales support, dealing with complaints or discrepancies and servicing products within warranty. Retailer support will also be part of your responsibilities.
To excel in this role, you must have experience within a contact centre and reliable Wi-Fi due to the remote nature of the role. You must possess excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and directors and natural ability to build a strong rapport with customers and a passion for sales are also essential. Although experience of working from home is preferred, it is not essential. Similarly, close proximity to Worcestershire is also preferred, but not essential.

Equipment will be provided and full training will be given, with ongoing classroom style training on products, systems, and customer service - you even get to try the products out!
