We are currently recruiting for inbound customer service representatives for our client based in Glasgow for their Travel Claims department. We have roles starting in March and April. Here is the important bits...
- Salary starting from £21,406 to £23805 per annum
- 37.5 hours a week contract, permanent job
- Hours between 8m and 6pm, Monday to Friday and working 1 Saturday in 6
- Full training provided, fully paid and remote at home for 5 weeks.
- Hybrid working. Based in Glasgow office either one day a week or one week in six depending on the department you join. Or option to work on site full time if you prefer!

What you will be doing:
We are looking for people who'll listen, ask the right questions and treat customers they way you'd want to be treated - answering high volumes of calls, emails and chat in a friendly and professional manner, taking ownership and support customer through their travel claim. Understand customers personal situations and effectively provide tailored solution.

You'll be an ideal candidate if you:
Have experience working in call centre, retail, hospitality or customer service environments
Are friendly and able to be empathetic to customers
