As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the shining star that our customers turn to for help. You'll tackle their queries with a smile, ensuring their journey with us is smooth and stress-free. From updating customer details to answering questions about our services, you'll be the person they need.

The Details:
Location – Whiteley, Hampshire (near Fareham), in a modern office with free parking.
Hours – 37.5 hours per week, phone lines are open 9am – 7pm, Monday-Friday, so shifts to be worked 8am-4pm or 12pm-8pm or a combination of both! 2 Saturdays per month 10am-4pm – you get the day back in lieu.
Salary - £20,000-£23,500 per year depending on experience PLUS generous bonuses which take your salary potential to £28,000 per year.
