As a Customer Service Advisor, you will help control and navigate the customer handover process from start to finish, providing a high level, professional customer experience. You will connect with customers and use your engaging personality and product knowledge to excite and inform customers, from their interest in the services on offer, during the handover of their car, all the way through to collection. You will demonstrate the unique features and technologies that make using the companies services an absolute delight and be the first point of contact for customers prior to delivery & post collection of their vehicle. You will become a service and product expert and will have the ability to keep learning about products as they develop.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the content for social media and marketing by working with the marketing team
- Be the first point of contact for all enquiries
- Liaise with customers on general enquiries
- Ensure all paperwork for the customer and vehicle is completed and held in an organised manner
- Book in vehicle handover and ensure the necessary vehicle checks are carried out
- Deliver the best customer experience, by using your product knowledge to provide a comprehensive and enjoyable handover, explaining the features and process of the service
- Ensure the customer has been offered complimentary refreshments and has the experience of a “First Class” service
- Prepare the showroom and cars for collection, ensuring the showroom is always presentable for customers
- *Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing role, either in a dealership, or sales, preferable advising on products
- Ability to learn and develop product knowledge of paint products
- Demonstrate a keen interest in cars and the automotive sector
- Monitor market trends within the automotive sector
- Confident in dealing with customers, bringing your enthusiasm and passion for customer service and understand that a positive attitude gets great results, with both colleagues and customers
- Natural talent for connecting with people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent administrative & organisational skills and enjoys problem solving
- Confident in using Microsoft packages, i.e Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and have a full valid, clean, driving licence.
Desirable Skills
- Experience of using Salesforce would be desirable but not essential.
