To be the customer’s first point of contact, working with internal departments and suppliers to provide knowledgeable support and fast, in full resolutions to ensure the best experience for the customer possible and helping to ensure commercial success.
- To ensure all customer enquiries via any method, are answered in full within a KPI timeframe, with the aim of first contact resolution.
- To process orders onto our system and send order confirmations within KPI timeframe with a ‘right first time’ approach’
- Record, update and resolve customer complaints with KPI timeframes, ensuring effective management of customer’s expectations throughout the process (including managing claims and credits and working with internal and external stakeholders)
- Build and maintain customer relationships in a professional and courteous
- To identify and participate in continuous improvement projects, leading to greater efficiency and a better customer experience.
- To ensure complete data protection compliance
Any other ad-hoc duties as required including but not limited to, reception duties.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Logical, efficient and effective problem solver
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous customer service experience in high pressure setting
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication – Both formally and informally
