Prime Sheffield is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and demonstrate a proactive approach to work. This position is perfect for an individual who communicates effectively, is willing to learn, and has a passion for helping others. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues and taking any steps needed to increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Solve customer support problems face to face and over the phone.
- Answer customer questions in a professional manner.
- Handle all customer data in line with GDPR guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Perform additional tasks to help the team leaders.
What do we do?
Prime Sheffield has an opening for a marketing management trainee to progress their careers in sales, marketing and business. You will receive full training for each clients in our 8-12 month programme to becoming a Sales and Marketing Manager. Whilst training candidates will work across multiple departments such as; marketing, customer service, sales, recruitment, HR and brand management.
We are looking for people who are driven, motivated and looking for a new and exciting challenge. Full training will be provided; thus no experience is needed.

We're seeking a highly organised and motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join the team. Our company is rapidly expanding and we're looking for someone who is excited to take on a leadership role. Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone and in person, as well as implementing customer service policies and ensuring that all customers are completely satisfied with our products and services.
